Senior Audit Manager

Specific Duties:

• Plan, organize, and conduct audits from start to finish (For-Profit, Non-Profit, ERISA)
• Ability to prepare reviews and compilations
• Expert in financial statement preparation
• Visit field sites to perform audits
• Effectively document audit procedures
• Ability to orally communicate interim and final audit findings and recommendations
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once

Qualifications

Required:  Bachelors Degree Accounting/Finance, Business or related field

DESIRABLE:  CPA

Technical/Operative Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of sound business practices and strong analytical skills
• Knowledge of internal controls and automated systems (Preferably Pfx Engagement)
• Knowledge of accounting and auditing standards

Senior Accountant

Specific Duties:

• Prepare complex income tax returns, including consolidated and multi-state tax returns.
• Review of the income tax accrual as directed by the Tax Manager or Partner
• Researches and proposes resolution to technical tax matters
• Wraps up tax return engagement according to engagement timetable and alerts Tax Manager of scheduling concerns
• Ability to manage and prioritized
• Excellent knowledge of individual tax laws
